5) Intellectual property

All content on the website — including but not limited to text, design, layout, trademarks, logos, photographs, clinical case images, radiographs, and videos — is the exclusive property of UzunovDental.com (Uzunov Dental - Group Practice for Primary Dental Care LLC) or used under licence.

What you may do: You are granted a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and view the site for personal, non‑commercial use only.

What you may not do without prior written permission from Uzunov Dental: copy, download, save, screenshot at scale, reproduce, publish, redistribute, publicly display, perform, transmit, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, train AI/ML models on, scrape, data‑mine, or hotlink any content; remove watermarks or notices; or otherwise exploit the content in any way.

Images & video usage: All photos and videos (including before/after cases) are protected works and may only be used with our prior written permission. Media and partners may request permission at administration@uzunovdental.com.

Patient imagery: Any patient images published on the website are used only with the patient’s prior written consent for the specified purposes. Third parties may not reuse such imagery.

Infringement notices: If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, contact administration@uzunovdental.com with details, and we will review and, where appropriate, remove the material.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by: attempting to gain unauthorised access; probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the site; introducing malware; scraping or automated harvesting; using bots or automation to access the site; bypassing or circumventing robots.txt or technical access controls; overloading or rate‑limiting evasion; training AI/ML models on our content; or using the site for unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing purposes.

13) Results & imagery disclaimer

Before/after photos and other clinical imagery on the site are illustrative only. Individual results vary and depend on clinical factors. Nothing on the site guarantees any particular outcome.

14) No emergency communications

The website and email are not monitored 24/7 and are not for emergencies. In urgent situations, call the relevant emergency services or contact us by phone during business hours.

15) Linking policy

You may link to our homepage in a fair and legal way that does not suggest sponsorship, approval or endorsement. Framing or embedding our pages in other sites is prohibited without prior written permission. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.

16) No solicitation / data harvesting

You must not use email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details published on the site for unsolicited marketing, lead generation, database building, or any form of data harvesting.

17) Robots, scraping & rate‑limits

Automated access, scraping, crawling or any activity that bypasses robots.txt, circumvents rate‑limits, or interferes with the proper working of the site is prohibited. These Terms may be provided in multiple languages. In the event of inconsistency, the Bulgarian version prevails.

20) Severability, waiver & assignment

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect (severability). A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms and our rights/obligations in connection with a reorganisation, merger, or business transfer.
