1) Controller

UZUNOV DENTAL - Group Practice for Primary Dental Care LLC (UIC/EIK: 204402895) Registered office: 7 Tsar Boris III Blvd., Entrance A, Floor 4, Sofia, Bulgaria Contact: administration@uzunovdental.com | +359 889 428 273 Data Protection Officer (DPO): not appointed.

2) Scope of this notice

This notice applies only to our public website uzunovdental.com (including subdomains and staging). It describes what occurs during regular browsing of the site. It does not cover offline processing at the clinic (patient care, appointment scheduling in-clinic/by phone, diagnostics, billing). We provide information about offline processing at the clinic upon request.

3) What we don’t do online

  • We do not use cookies or local storage.
  • We do not use analytics, tracking pixels or fingerprinting.
  • We do not offer user accounts, contact/booking forms, or file uploads on the website.
  • We do not embed third‑party widgets that set cookies automatically, except for an embedded Google Map for directions. Loading or interacting with the map may allow Google to process your IP/device data and to set cookies under its own policies. We do not control these cookies and do not use them for analytics or profiling.
  • We provide outbound links (e.g., to media articles) and display an embedded Google Map on the Contact page for directions. When you follow links or load/interact with the embedded map, the third party’s own privacy policy applies.

4) Data processed on page load (server logs)

When you access the site, our hosting provider Vercel may generate server logs (e.g., IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, browser/device information). Purposes and legal basis: website security, operation, debugging and fraud prevention — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: up to 3 days (current provider default). Logs are then deleted or anonymised. Locations: primarily Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States. We endeavour to keep data in the EEA when feasible; however, depending on the edge/network path and service configuration, processing can also occur in the US. Transfers outside the EEA: where logs are processed in the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and/or frameworks made available by the provider. Recipients: Vercel acts as our processor for hosting and log processing.

5) Contacting us (email/phone)

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide solely to reply and handle your request.

  • Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and/or pre‑contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Email retention: inquiries and questions received by email are kept for up to 5 years (unless law requires longer), after which they are deleted.
  • Phone calls: we do not record calls. Your number may appear in our handset’s recent calls list temporarily; network operators maintain their own call logs under their terms.
  • Booking by phone/in person: for the sole purpose of scheduling a visit, we may note name and phone number. If care does not proceed, these details are not retained or used beyond arranging/confirming the appointment and are removed once the appointment is concluded or cancelled.

6) Sharing and recipients

  • Hosting & infrastructure: Vercel (hosting, content delivery, and server logs).
  • We do not sell your data; we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

7) Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability (where applicable). To exercise these rights, email administration@uzunovdental.com. We may request proof of identity. Some rights may be limited where we have legal obligations (e.g., medical records kept under healthcare law — not applicable to this website, but applicable in-clinic).

8) Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP/КЗЛД). Contact details are available on the CPDP website. You also have the right to seek a remedy before the competent courts.

9) External links

Our website contains links to third‑party services and includes an embedded Google Map for directions. Their privacy notices apply when you visit them.

10) Changes

We may update this notice. The latest version will always be published here with a new date.
